Make a Special Gift to KLT!

Kawartha Land Trust

Kawartha Land Trust is a non-governmental organization and a registered charity dedicated to the preservation of ecological corridors, threatened species and habitat for wildlife which holds an enormous scenic and ecological value for future generations. We are talking about wetlands, creeks, forests, grasslands, old fields, islands, rivers and lakes of the Kawarthas that are at risk. How do they do that?  By acquiring land with devoted community partners, generous land donors, financial supporters, and extraordinary volunteers who give their time to become stewards of the land. You can help KLT safeguard these jewels!

KLT needs to raise $150,000 by the end of 2014 to ensure they have the resources to work with the ever growing list of landowners who want to protect their beautiful piece of the Kawarthas. They are almost there! Only $30,000 to go!

Please make a special holiday gift to KLT to continue protecting the land you love. Just visit www.givelo.ca/non-profits/the-kawartha-land-trust/

reFrame 2015 Peterborough International Film Festival

reFrame 2015

reFrame

Reframe is 10 years now (as of 2014) and we plan to keep growing. Reframe was built by the community and it only made sense that we asked members of the community about how far it has grown and where they see the festival going in the even distant future.
