Meditation provides an opportunity to slow down and create an inner calm that you can carry with you throughout the day or use to unwind at the end of a hectic day. In this workshop, I’ll guide an exploration of several different approaches to meditation to help you find one that works for you.
Please bring a firm pillow, meditation cushion, or meditation bench if you have one.
Filtered water and use of a yoga mat and towel included.
